Website Terms and Conditions

Terms governing use of the Precision Neuro Clinic website and online booking services.

1. Website operator

This website is operated by Precision Neuro Ltd trading as Precision Neuro Clinic, company number 16683697. Correspondence address: Office 52, Second Floor, Chichester Enterprise Centre, Terminus Road, Chichester, West Sussex, PO19 8FY. Contact: info@precisionneuroclinic.co.uk; 0330 088 3425.

2. Acceptance and related documents

By using the website, you agree to these Website Terms. If you book or purchase a clinical service, the Patient Service Terms and Conditions also apply. Our Privacy Notice and Cookie Notice explain how personal information and cookies are handled.

3. Information, not individual medical advice

Website content is general information and does not replace an individual assessment, diagnosis, prescription or advice from a clinician who knows your circumstances. Do not rely on website content to start, stop or change medication or to delay seeking medical assistance. The website is not monitored as an emergency service. Call 999 for immediate danger or a medical emergency; use NHS 111 for urgent non-emergency advice.

4. Services and regulatory availability

Descriptions, eligibility information, prices and expected timescales may change. Availability depends on clinician capacity, location, age, clinical need, law and regulation. Medication initiation, prescribing and titration are available only when the Clinic is lawfully authorised and all relevant CQC and professional requirements are met. Website information does not guarantee eligibility, diagnosis, treatment or shared care.

5. Accounts, forms and accurate information

You must provide accurate, current information and protect any login or booking credentials. You must not create an account for another competent adult without authority, misuse another person’s identity, upload malicious content or submit information that you know is materially false.

6. Online bookings and payments

Submitting a booking request or payment does not by itself guarantee acceptance. A contract for a clinical service is formed as described in the Patient Service Terms. Prices are shown in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise.

7. Acceptable use

Use the website only for lawful personal or authorised professional purposes. Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access, bypass security, introduce malware, overload the service, scrape protected content or interfere with another user.

8. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the Clinic or its licensors own the website design, branding, text, graphics, templates and other content. You may view and print reasonable extracts for personal, non-commercial use.

9. Third-party links and services

Links to external websites, video platforms, portals, payment services or resources are provided for convenience. We do not control independent third parties or guarantee their content, availability or privacy practices.

10. Availability and security

We take reasonable measures to operate the website securely, but continuous or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed. We may suspend access for maintenance, security, legal or operational reasons.

11. Website content and liability

We take reasonable care to keep content accurate, but general information may become outdated and may not apply to an individual case. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or mandatory consumer rights.

12. Privacy, cookies and communications

Personal information submitted through the website is handled under our Privacy Notice. Health information is sensitive and should be submitted only through the method requested. Marketing messages are sent only where permitted.

13. Accessibility

We aim to make information and services accessible. Contact us if you need information in another format, communication support or a reasonable adjustment.

14. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend website access where reasonably necessary to protect patients, staff, systems, legal rights or service integrity.

15. Changes

We may update the website and these terms. The current version and effective date will be published here. Changes will not retrospectively remove statutory rights relating to an existing purchase.

16. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer protections. Questions may be sent to info@precisionneuroclinic.co.uk or by post to the correspondence address above.

Patient Service Terms and Conditions

For ADHD and autism assessment, diagnostic, support and treatment services.

1. About these terms

These terms form the agreement between the patient, or a person with legal authority to act for the patient, and Precision Neuro Ltd trading as Precision Neuro Clinic. They apply to enquiries, bookings, assessments, consultations, reports, treatment and related services supplied by the Clinic.

2. Scope and availability of services

The Clinic provides neurodevelopmental services that may include ADHD assessment, autism assessment, combined assessment, diagnostic formulation, feedback and post-diagnostic support. Medication services will be offered only when the Clinic is lawfully authorised and all clinical, professional, insurance and CQC requirements have been met. Most appointments are virtual. Face-to-face appointments may be offered by prior arrangement where available and clinically appropriate.

3. Eligibility and clinical discretion

Before accepting or continuing care, we may assess age, location, presenting needs, risk, capacity, available evidence and whether remote care is safe and appropriate. Clinical decisions are made independently by appropriately qualified clinicians. Payment does not guarantee a diagnosis, particular conclusion, prescription, medication choice, dose, report wording or referral outcome.

4. Booking and formation of the contract

A request or website order is not accepted until we issue written confirmation and, where required, receive cleared payment. Patients under 18 must be booked by a person with parental responsibility or other lawful authority.

5. Fees and payment

Current fees are shown on the website or supplied in writing before booking. Fees may vary by service and complexity. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due before the appointment or before work begins.

6. Cooling-off rights for distance bookings

Where the law provides a 14-day cancellation period for a distance or off-premises contract, the period normally begins the day after the contract is made. Statutory rights are unaffected.

7. Appointment changes, cancellation and non-attendance

Please notify us as soon as possible if you cannot attend. Refunds or charges may reflect work completed, reserved clinical time, reasonable administrative loss and non-recoverable costs. Genuine emergencies or exceptional circumstances will be considered fairly and individually.

8. Virtual appointment requirements

Join from a private, safe and appropriately lit location with a reliable connection and working camera and microphone. Do not drive or operate machinery during the consultation. Tell the clinician who is present or able to hear the consultation. Recording is not permitted unless everyone has agreed in advance.

9. Patient responsibilities

Provide complete and accurate information, disclose relevant diagnoses, medication, allergies, pregnancy status, substance use, cardiovascular history, risk and safeguarding concerns, and promptly correct material errors. Do not stop, start, share or change medication except on the advice of an authorised prescriber.

10. Evidence and participation in assessments

A robust assessment may require questionnaires, developmental history, school or employment information, medical records and collateral information. Missing or inconsistent information may delay the assessment or result in an inconclusive outcome.

11. Consent, capacity and children

Care is provided with valid consent. Where capacity is in doubt, we follow applicable capacity law and professional guidance. For children and young people, we consider parental responsibility, understanding, wishes and best interests.

12. Reports, letters and corrections

Reports reflect information available and clinical opinion at the date of assessment. You may request correction of objective factual inaccuracies. A clinician is not required to remove relevant clinical information or change an independent opinion merely because it is disputed.

13. Communication with GPs and other professionals

Safe care may require communication with the patient’s GP and, where relevant and authorised, schools, NHS teams, pharmacies or other professionals. The Clinic cannot require a GP, NHS service, school, employer, insurer or other organisation to accept a diagnosis, recommendation, private prescription or shared-care arrangement.

14. Medication and prescribing

ADHD medication initiation, prescribing and treatment services are not currently available. When available in the future, prescribing will be subject to clinical suitability, screening, monitoring and professional requirements.

15. Risk, safeguarding and emergencies

If there is immediate danger, serious deterioration, chest pain, severe adverse reaction, suicidal intent or another emergency, call 999 or attend the nearest emergency department. For urgent non-emergency help, contact NHS 111, your GP or the local crisis service.

16. Confidentiality, records and data protection

We process identity, contact, health, family, developmental, medication, risk, payment and communication information to provide and manage care, meet legal and professional duties, protect safety and operate the service. Full details are set out in the Clinic Privacy Notice.

17. Complaints, candour and feedback

Concerns should first be sent to the Registered Manager/Complaints Lead at info@precisionneuroclinic.co.uk, marked “Confidential,Complaint”. Making a complaint does not adversely affect care.

18. Ending or transferring care

You may end care at any time, subject to charges for services already supplied and reasonable cancellation loss. We may end or transfer care for safety, scope, non-payment, repeated non-attendance, breakdown of trust or other lawful reasons, with appropriate communication and transition planning.

19. General provisions

If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remainder continues. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These terms and the booking confirmation form the agreement, subject to mandatory legal rights.

20. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer protections. Contact info@precisionneuroclinic.co.uk or 0330 088 3425.
